Seedance 2.0 is Seedance 1.5 Pro is the prior-generation fallback when you need 1080p output or when the 2.0 queue is under peak load.. The playground falls back to fal-ai/bytedance/seedance/v1.5/pro/text-to-video (Seedance 1.5 Pro) until the primary endpoint comes online. Every code example on these pages still calls the primary endpoint; swap in the fallback id if you need to ship today.
